These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the SimpleFacelessStudio website and your purchase and use of SimpleFacelessStudio digital products. By accessing our website or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms.

• "We," "us," "our" refers to SimpleFacelessStudio/Suunta Digital Oy.
• "You," "your" refers to the customer, user, or purchaser.
• "Products" means our downloadable digital products (PDFs, ZIP files, templates, guides, and related materials).
• "Order" means the purchase transaction for a Product.

3. Checkout, payments, and delivery

We sell Products via a third-party checkout platform (such as Lemon Squeezy). After purchase, you will typically receive instant access via an on-screen confirmation and/or a receipt email. If you do not receive your delivery email within 10 minutes, please check Promotions/Spam and then contact us.

4. Digital product nature

All Products are digital downloads. No physical items are shipped. Because digital files are delivered immediately and cannot be "returned" once accessed, refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

5. License and permitted use

Each Product is sold under a specific license type, stated on the Product page and/or inside the Product files. Reselling is permitted only if a Product explicitly states that it includes MRR/PLR rights.

5.1 Personal use Products

You may use and customize the materials for your own brand and business. You may not share, resell, sublicense, distribute, gift, or publish the files in any form.

5.2 MRR/PLR Products (where explicitly stated)

Where a Product explicitly includes resell rights, you may rebrand and resell it as described on the Product page. You may not use spammy or misleading marketing, or distribute via free download channels.

5.3 Canva template link rule

If a Product includes Canva templates, you may not resell the original template link. You must create your own copy in Canva and share your own template link.

5.4 Team use

If you purchase on behalf of a company/team, the license covers internal use within that company/team only, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

6. Intellectual property

All content and materials are owned by Suunta Digital Oy or licensed to us and protected by copyright. No rights are transferred except the limited license in Section 5.

7. Product information and compatibility

We aim to describe Products accurately. You are responsible for adapting materials to your chosen tools. If you have pre-purchase questions, contact us.

8. Customer responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate purchase details, maintain access to required tools, and use Products in compliance with applicable laws and platform rules.

9. Results disclaimer

We provide templates and educational resources. We do not guarantee any specific outcomes, income, revenue, or business performance. Results depend on factors outside our control. Nothing in our Products constitutes legal, financial, tax, or professional advice.

10. Affiliate links

Our website, emails, and social channels may include affiliate links. If you purchase through these links, we may earn a small commission at no additional cost to you. See our Affiliate Disclosure for details.

11. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. We generally do not offer refunds after files have been delivered or accessed, with fair exceptions for unresolved technical delivery issues, duplicate purchases, or wrong product delivered.

12. EU/EEA consumer information

If you are an EU/EEA consumer, you may be asked at checkout to consent to immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal may be lost once delivery begins.

13. Support

Contact support@simplefacelessstudio.com. For fastest help, include the email used at checkout, product name, purchase date, and a short description of the issue. We typically reply within 1–2 business days (EET).

14. Website use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malware, or interfere with site operation.

15. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the Product giving rise to the claim.

16. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Suunta Digital Oy harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the Products, breach of these Terms, or violation of applicable laws.

17. Changes to Products or Terms

We may update Products and Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows when changes were made. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.

18. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Disputes will be handled in the competent courts of Finland, unless mandatory consumer protection rules in your country provide otherwise.
