SimpleFacelessStudio Products are instant digital downloads (PDF/ZIP files and related digital materials). Because digital files are delivered immediately and cannot be "returned" after delivery, refunds are handled under the policy below.

1. Before you buy

We want you to feel confident before purchasing. If you have questions about fit, compatibility, or what's included, please contact us at support@simplefacelessstudio.com before purchasing and we'll help you decide.

2. Refunds after delivery

We generally do not offer refunds once the files have been delivered or made accessible. That said, we will make things right in the following situations:

  • Technical delivery issues we cannot resolve
  • Duplicate purchase or accidental double charge
  • Wrong product delivered

For these cases, please contact us within 7 days of purchase.

3. Technical support comes first

If you have trouble downloading, accessing, or opening files, please contact support first. Most technical issues can be resolved quickly.

4. How to request a refund

5. EU/EEA consumer note

If you are an EU/EEA consumer, you may be asked at checkout to consent to immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal may be lost once delivery begins. Where applicable, we follow these rules.
